Hi Debs, great baby card and lovely LIM cards too. I think you add tabs by going to post section and then you should see three tabs - add a post, edit post and edit pages. Click on edit pages and you can add them there. Hope that makes sense. Good luck. Hope your neck is no worse. Hugs Cherry XxX
