For a pretty cas card I really sweated over this image...I had to spend aaaages with the nail file to get the stamp to pick up the ink...hmmm...

There are a few people at work who are moving house and I saw this lovely quirky stamp set..takes a bit of getting used to but I do like the images! Finished off with a little house stamp on the envelope
