Welcome to my blog!

From x stitch I moved into card making - now I am playing around with mixed media! I am taking part in different workshops and with help from crafty pals, learning about different mediums and techniques. Hope you feel inspired to create after a visit to my blog - Happy Crafting!

Blossom…

little flowers..or rather lets see your hand made flowers over at Digi Doodle Shop Challenges.

For my hand made punches I have used my Marianne ribbon flower die, you can use anything you want to make your flowers, papers, fabrics, ribbons just as long as you make them! Easy!

I have used a hot pink (woohoo!) card and pink petticoat papers for the flowers, mixing up doodles and stripes, with a paper mania flower brad.
Fuchsia promarker for the flowers on the sentiment and Tim Holtz spun sugar for the distressing
Sentiment from the Store, and is Blossom Word Art which you can pick up for FREE….love that word!

Hi Debbie, gorgeous card. So glad you named the flower dies - I saw them in a mag a little while ago and didn't recognise them. Now I know what they are called, I can go buy! Sarah
