Trio of Tilda’s

The challenge over at Totally Tilda is to create a trio of Tilda tags!

 This one is my favourite!
I have stamped Chinese writing onto the K and Co tag and added some roses. I didn’t want to put too many embellishments on as it would cover the tag.







Again I kept the embellishments to a minimum but I couldn’t resist a little ladybird.








I added a couple of butterflies to match butterfly Tilda.

Christmas Milton

Karen set the theme and sketch for Saturday’s Challenge on the CMLI challenge on Craft Bubble…..if you hadn’t guessed the theme is Christmas, not sure if the sketch is that obvious as the papers are all quite busy!

Woo Hoo! I’m published…..kind of…

My April showers card is in June’s Quick Cards as one of the three favourites picked from the craft bubble gallery…it’s my second time in there. The first time my cb buddies told me, this time i just happened to pick the mag up..c’mon mojo get yourself started!

Butterfly Scrolls

This week over at Digi Doodle Shops Best the challenge is Embossing. The image I have used is Butterfly Scrolls from the Digi Doodle Store.


 The  backing paper is ‘Just Daisies’ from Pink Petticoat. Twine from The Ribbon Girl, butterfly was a blog candy win and folder is by Papermania ‘Victorian Fleur’. The image is coloured in with Promarkers . Distressing with Memento ‘grape jelly’ and the butterfly punch is by Martha Stewart.

To have and to hold

I had to make a card for some upcoming nuptials and couldn't decide what stamp to buy. In the end I opted for LOTV die cuts as I had a selection (and don't really make many wedding cards).

Watch the Birdie!

This week’s challenge on CMLI (CraftBubble) was set by our resident Blue Bertie, a sketch and theme of ‘watch the birdie’. I obviously picked the colour scheme thinking of our ‘blueness’ and used some freebie Pink Petticoat stamps. I also used their papers which were remnants from another card i did.

I got this new marianne die and it was pointed out to me by the purple princess that it would look great as a w on w card..I took the bait and this is what I came up with..apologies for the attempt at arty shots again :)

Fairy bag-a-lope

I saw this tutorial over on split coast stampers and decided to give it a go. This weeks challenge over on Digi Doodles Shops Best is a colour combination of blue and pink. I just had to use this gorgeous fairy (Digi Doodle Shop) and the lovely papers from pink petticoat. The twine and buttons are from the ribbon girl.

Saturday's Sketchie Challenge for the CraftMad & Loving it group, was set by the lovely Rosie who set a sketch and wanted to see a hedgehog on our cards. I didn't have any but found the lovely Spike collection over at Digistamp Boutique.

Apparently my camera can do lots of things...all i ever do is point and click so the image above is super macro and sepia. Still lots of things to learn and not enough time!

How old?!?

I had to make a male card for an upcoming birthday. I knew i would find what i was looking for at bugaboo! I love this image and was able to use my new balloon punch too, i did put glossy accents on them all but not sure you can tell from the picture!
