Yorkshire Air Ambulance

A message from Emma

Good Morning
As many of you know I raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of my Dad who was tragically killed at work in Sept 09.  With the help of such fabulous people donating my family & I have managed to raise over £800 plus collected over 1000 bra's for their recycling appeal.

Well I'm back with yet again more support from people donating prizes and looking to raise further funds.
HUGE thanks to all who have donated prizes and thank you in advance for taking part.

Caught the bug

*2nd post of the day - please scroll down*

or rather Kathy made me do it! She has nailed the less is more challenge and makes some wonderful creations! I bought some Sheena Douglas stamps which arrived yesterday as I wanted some swirly stamps. I have been seeing Kathy's and other people's cards for the 'off the page' challenge and saw some gorgeous cards. The stamps seemed perfect so I gave it a go. I have actually done about ten  more on 4x4 cards which I plan to give as part of a mothers day gift so mum has some notelets.

The cas cards make a refreshing change from those you would never get in an envelope or look like every single embellishment owned has been stuck on! I am quite please with these and love Mandi's (dt) card with the dress coming off the dge, I have a couple of dress stamps so may give that a go too!

I am entering this card into the Less is More Challenge.

What i did on my holidays..

Or rather what I did this morning as I have had the week off work :)I coloured these butterflies a few weeks ago with cosmic shimmers and then put them on one side.I decided this morning I should make some 'emergency cards' and thought I would use the butterflies.

coloured with cosmic shimmers
bp - doodlebugs 'velvet bubblegum'
embellishments - stash
cut out with nesties

I will be entering these cards into the following challenges;
