Welcome to my blog!

From x stitch I moved into card making - now I am playing around with mixed media! I am taking part in different workshops and with help from crafty pals, learning about different mediums and techniques. Hope you feel inspired to create after a visit to my blog - Happy Crafting!

Tea for two

I used one of the lovely LOTV die cuts for a birthday card and kept with the blue colour scheme.I used a popcorn tag sentiment and ribbon from my stash.

Papers are from Pink Petticoat and pearls from meiflower.

I used nestabilities and my Martha Stewart punch.

I used bahama blue memento ink to highlight the scalloped edge.

I will be entering this card into the following challenges;

Sweet Stampin - Gingham
Allsorts - Dies and Punches
Totally Gorjuss - Spotty
Lili's Little Fairies - 2 backing papers
Cute Card Thursday - Beat the Blues
Divas by Design - Beat the Blues
Fussy and Friday  Challenge - Coffee, cocoa and tea

Hope your weekend is going well and you are not too chilly!

Beautiful card. I love LOTV images and your color scheme is outstanding. Love your coloring and choice of embellishments. I have one suggestion: please put the full card picture up first and then the close-ups since it makes it easier to understand the close-ups if you see the entire picture first. Thanks for participating in the Sweet Stampin' Challenge! --Gail
