I decided to make some birthday cards and the first image I chose was was the gorgeous LOTV 'Millie Two Balloons'. I don't tend to use blue very often so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go for a monochromatic card.
The picture was taken in my light tent and as it was so bright it seems to have 'hidden' the shading on the image..it's either too bright or too dark!
I also used a LOTV sentiment and went 'stickle' crazy but birthdays should be glittertastic!!
More stickles around the edge of the image and gems for more bling!
I made a matching tag to go along with the birthday card and it also helped me finish up the scraps (all the paper on this card is scraps!)

I see what you mean about the shading but, overall, your card looks great in the phoptograph. I'm having trouble with the light here at the moment and may have to invest in a light tent myself!
Lovely card and super image and paper selection
