Wow two cards in one day i must be on a roll! Anyway this card is for the Willow Sketchie Challenge and the criteria was;
1. use a scrap of fabric (this can be anything from a tiny scrap to the size of the card)
2. Something green (froggy!!!)
3. some checks.
I do love these little guys which are a download from pink petticoat :) I will also enter this into ABC Challenges as this week is T for Thank you.
Welcome to my blog!
From x stitch I moved into card making - now I am playing around with mixed media! I am taking part in different workshops and with help from crafty pals, learning about different mediums and techniques. Hope you feel inspired to create after a visit to my blog - Happy Crafting!

All Aboard!
I seem to have a thing about sets of 3 lately.. i did my bathroom set, these 3 ships (come sailing in....) and there are 3 gorgeous lighthouses to go with them. Well they do say 3 is the magic number :)
To shame myself into finishing it....
this is a teddy bell pull (which i won't be making into a bell pull) which i started a verrrry long time ago. All i need to do is finish the back stitch so i shouldn't keep putting it off.....(but there is so much other stuff to make and play with says the devil on my shoulder...)
It was actually very easy to stitch ...

Seeing double
Clare was this weeks gdt on Craftbubble and came up with a sketch using two images. It's a great layout and after much fussing over which images and colours to use this is what i came up with :) I am also going to enter this into 2 challenges, Pollycraft whose theme is pink or brown and a choice of either yellow or green and Crafts and Me Challenge are using pink, brown and yellow.

Pink and Sparkly Tilda
Although i don't think you can see the glitter on her wings :(. This is my new fave card (again!). I will be entering this card into 6 challenges. The layout is I heart promarkers , there are 5 embellishments which counts for Paper Make up Challenge and Tilda has wings so can be entered into the One stop Craft Challenge whose theme is things with wings. For fun challenges had a theme of sending a card to someone who need it, (sil just had an op) , Flutter by Wednesday had a theme of fairy, angel or things with wings and By the Cute and Girly had a theme of fairytales . I hope you love this card as much as i do!
I won the promarker challenge with this card :)

April Showers
This weeks challenge over at Craftbubble was designed by the lovely Lauren with a sketch and a theme of spring or spring colours. The papers were from Tracy at dies to die for as was the ms punched part of the design. The stamp was from an image swap but the buttons and wording were mine, honest! It's my new fave card and i love the sketch layout!

Boys and Buttons
This is the theme for the LGS Sketchie and there are some fabulous cards from the group. I treated myself to some bp's and buttons as I don't have much stuff for boys and have made my new favourite card! The bp's are yummy , they are 3 bugs in a rug and the design is snips and snails. Hope you all like it x
